Giuseppe Uncini Italy, b. 1929
Born in Fabriano (IT) in 1929, Giuseppe Uncini started creating sculptures after a short period of experimentatio with Arte Informale, when he stared using earth, sand and concrete as artistic materials. In 1961, together with Biggi, Carrino, Santoro e Frascà, he founded the artistic group Gruppo Uno. In the same period, he began his concrete series, becoming renown as a pioneer in the use of new materials in sculpture.
